I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in WA State (LH61135592). I received my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in 2019. I was trained in an anti-oppression, intersectional feminist approach to psychotherapy at the MEND Institute. I am the Milieu Lead at Opal: Food + Body Wisdom, an eating disorder treatment center founded on the Health at Every Size philosophy. Prior to being a therapist, I was a mountaineer guide and Youth and Family Support Worker at a Wilderness Therapy School. Both roles continue to influence my clinical and creative work greatly. I am a member of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study, COR (Center for Object Relations), several consulting groups and ongoing educational platforms.

When not working, I can be found hanging outside with my husband and daughter. We usually have a few creative projects on the go and spend as much time on skis, ropes and bikes that life allows. I identify as cis female, white, straight and able-bodied. My pronouns are she/her/hers.
